Conflict Management Team - Vermont Conservation Partnership

Whenever we work with others, differences are inevitable. Occasionally these differences escalate into a conflict that hinders our ability to provide high quality service to our customers and co-workers. Conflict can make our work environment tense and leave us feeling emotionally drained.

Resolving conflicts before they affect our well-being is vital to keeping a healthy and productive life style at work and home. Often others can help us discover fresh ways of seeing our differences and lead us to satisfying solutions.

Vermont's Conflict Management Team can help individuals find cooperative solutions when disagreements challenge our own ability to resolve a conflict. The Conflict Management Team supports those who deliver natural resource conservation services and their clients with a safe and confidential alternative when conflict arises. Available to all Vermont Conservation Partnership members and associates, this service assists with management and resolution of individual or organizational conflicts.

You may contact any individual team member within the Vermont Conservation Partnership to help you. Team members are committed to open communication and confidentiality in every resolution process. Typically, two or three team members provide confidential assistance upon request. Team members can help with:

  • Facilitation
  • Conflict Intervention
  • Information
  • Training
  • Coaching and advising

Team members will remain committed and impartial throughout the resolution process, keeping communication open between parties.
