Beth Ann has been the RC&D Coordinator with Northern Vermont since 1994. She has had the fortune to work for USDA for 23 years and the RC&D program in West Virginia, Hawaii, Vermont and on a National level as a trainer. She spends her non-office time out of doors - if possible. Whether it is skiing, snowshoeing, sugaring, camping, paddling, biking or hiking she can be found with her honey Tim and their Black Lab-Collie Mutt Ellie.

Julie has been the RC&D Office Secretary for 15 years with both RC&D Councils in Vermont. She lives in Tunbridge with her 2 sons. She enjoys camping, NASCAR, family, her horses, store, traveling and of course RC&D.

Troy started working for the RC&D as a work study student in his senior year at VTC (1997-1998) and started full time when the Dry Hydrant Grant Program was implemented in May of 1998. His hobbies are guitar and vocals in rock and roll bands, TOYS, inventions...and his goal is to have his own company and live life to the fullest whenever possible.

Jarrod has a background in science; he was a Biology Major at Grinnell College. After college, Jarrod attended law school at Syracuse University where he was president of the Environmental Law Society.  Before coming to the Northern Vermont RC&D, Jarrod practiced law in Washington, D.C. Outside of his job at the RC&D, Jarrod is working on getting his Private Pilot License.

Linda came to the RC&D in June of 2005. She has previously worked as an interpretive naturalist at Mount Hood and in Vermont State Parks, a forestry technician in the Adirondacks and an environmental  technician for the Vermont Water Quality Division. In her free time she enjoys hiking, campfires, playing frisbee golf, skiing, snowshoeing, being outside and playing with her dog.

Ken has been an RC&D Coordinator since 1996 starting in Maryland, then transferring to the George D. Aiken RC&D in 2000.  He began his career, with the USDA in 1974 as a grain inspector in New Orleans, before transferring to Michigan as a Field Office Manager in 1978 and staying until 1992.  He has also worked for conservation districts and the Farm Service Agency.  He is actively involved in the Boy Scout program as a volunteer and enjoys camping, canoeing and snowshoeing with his wife and son.

Debbie Price joined the George D. Aiken RC&D in November 2005 as the Business Manager. For the past two years, Debbie worked for a non-profit radio station helping them manage and coordinate their expansion efforts in the state of Vermont. She also worked with Neighborly Farms Organic Cheese, helping them tap into agri-toursim in Vermont and establish their gift shop. In between raising her children, Debbie has worked in marketing and tourism. Debbie lives in Randolph with her husband and three children.
