Rural Water Supply Planning

A rural water supply plan is a town specific tool used by communities and fire departments to maintain and develop their rural water supplies.  When used to full capacity, the plan can improve water supply, fire insurance rates, safety for landowners and the fire fighters, and the overall wellness of the community.  Major sections included in the plan are rural water supply site development, Insurance Service Office 2% drought certification, dry hydrant publications, permitting information, example forms, and more.

If you’re interested in a rural water supply plan for your community, please fill out the application and return to the address on the form.
