Message from John Gledhill:
All of you should have received an e-mail containing the files listed below
pertaining to this years performance summary and next years performance plan. I
highly recommend reading the National Bulletin as it provides more detailed
information than in the past, especially regarding what to do if supervisors
change; employees are on details or temporary promotions; and the allowable
percentages of pay as they relate to performance awards. Since this bulletin is
being sent in advance, you will note that it has not yet been assigned a
bulletin number and is undated.
The attachments marked as A-F are simply tips and pointers related to
preparing for and conducting the review, much the same as has been sent in the
past. Attachment F-1 is a powerpoint with screenprints walking the user through
the EmpowHR process.
